1. Acceptance

By using Notely you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service nature

Notely is a client-side notes application. Notes and preferences are stored in your browser (localStorage / IndexedDB). We do not have access to your notes or any data.

3. License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Notely for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. User content

You retain ownership of your notes. You are solely responsible for their content and for maintaining backups if needed.

5. No server access

Because storage is local, we cannot retrieve or delete your notes.

6. Prohibited use

Do not use Notely to violate laws or infringe others’ rights. Avoid storing highly sensitive personal data.

7. Warranty & liability

Notely is provided “as is” without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability for damages, including data loss.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the developer from claims arising from your use or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Notely after changes constitutes acceptance.
